I contacted Richard who came out a few days later to give us a quote which we found very reasonable, he wasn’t pushy at all, giving advice and making suggestions which definitely helped us make the right decisions.

Richard’s workmen arrived on the agreed day to start work, we found them to be helpful and very courteous from start to finish and everything was done exactly as Richard promised.
